Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

At Power Athlete we know you're lifting hard and we want to keep you looking good while you do it. We make sure the gear you want is the gear you get, and you get it quick. Once payment is received we ship all smaller orders (under 4 shirts or so) via USPS Priority mail, so it should get there in 5 - 7 business days. Larger orders can take 7 - 14 business days and some international orders can take up to 28 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please be aware that Power Athlete is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Power Athlete is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Power Athlete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, Power Athlete will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with their Local Postal Service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Just know, if what you receive isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it. And if what you ordered isn't exactly what you want, you can exchange it. Replacement Policy:
If the items you order are in any condition less than perfect when they arrive on your doorstep, for any reason, we don't think you should have to keep them. In fact we'll send you new ones. If anything is damaged, ripped, banged up, or generally not as awesome as you know it should be, just send us a picture of the damaged items along with your order ID number which can be found in the order confirmation email. It's awesome, we know! Just don't workout in it and then decide you don't want it, once an item is worn and/or washed you're on your own.
Exchange Policy:
If you were a Medium, but your started following Power Athlete and now you're a Large, but you ordered a Medium on accident? No problem. If anything you order doesn't fit we will exchange it, no questions asked. All we do ask is that you return the item in the same condition you received it in. Don't spend all afternoon doing Kalsu in your new shirt then decide you want a new one. Print out your order confirmation email and mark on it which items you are returning and what exchange you want to make and send it back with your gear. It's just that easy. Digital items are excluded.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Digital items are excluded. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We provide warranty on our BFR bands up to 30days after the date of purchase. To claim against the warranty send a photo of the item to and we'll send you details of what to do next.
Event Cancellation/Refunds:
Power Athlete does not offer refunds or cancellations on any events. There are certain administrative fees and processes that go into getting these events up and running and they are based on the number of sign ups. We do however offer transfers, so if you're hurt, busy, or just flat out can't make it, get someone from your gym to take your place.
